Empowering Neighbours: Join Our Workshops!
Developing and delivering community-based woodworking and craft workshops in Bassetlaw offers a remarkable opportunity to foster personal development and build strong relationships within the community. My workshops not only impart valuable skills in woodworking and crafting but also serve as a platform for participants to enhance their employability and social skills. Engaging in hands-on activities allows individuals to connect with one another, creating friendships and a sense of belonging, while contributing positively to the local community. Participants not only refine their craft skills but also develop improved self esteem and belief in themselves.

BASSETLAW FOOD BANK - Thursdays 10am to 12pm
A regular woodworking session with a friendly group of people, learning skills, making friends, drinking tea, and creating wooden items to keep and sell to support the food bank.

Build skills and connection with us
We are keen to build on the successful partnership with Bassetlaw Food Bank and bring learning, skills, fun and connection to other community groups and stakeholders, education providers and businesses.
We can organise and deliver one off or regular half day or full day sessions for up to 6 individuals. The cost includes a well qualified and experienced trainer and use of tools and equipment. Materials can be provided at extra cost or we can plan projects with materials you have sourced yourself, whether new or reclaimed.
If you're interested in working in partnership with us to provide learning skills and fun as part of your project or as a teambuilding activity, please email and we can provide more information and arrange a chat or visit.
